Although our classes and trainings are offered around the country (and beyond), our taproots run deep in a special place known as Berkshire County, Massachusetts.  It's no wonder that these emerald green hills have been called home by some of the world's greatest writers, thinkers, and artists.  Those who have been blessed with time spent here know that the 'terroir' calls to you, providing a special grounding and focus that is often lost in modern urban life.  We are eager to share this perspective, one that allows us to explore the 'taste of place' found in wines, beers. spirits and so many other amazing minimally-processed agricultural products from around the globe that transport us and refresh our spirits.
